In short
To start an online shop, you need a registered business, a catalogue with prices and photos, a website with a basket and secure payment, clear delivery costs and complete legal pages. In the EU, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Since 19 June 2026, they must be able to do it online through a visible withdrawal function. Also check your country's rules on consumer dispute resolution.
