The data controller is the company that operates the Growth System Experts brand (see the legal notice).

The data we collect

• Through the quote form: your first name, email address, phone number (optional), business and project description.
• Through the free guides form: your first name (optional), email address, the guide you chose and, if you agree, your consent to receive our new guides and tips.
• Through your messages (email or WhatsApp): whatever you choose to write to us.
• If you become a customer: the information needed for the quote, the invoice and the project.
• Technical data: the hosting provider keeps connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for website security.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Answering your request and preparing your quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Sending you the free guide you asked for, and our new guides and tips if you agreed: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Delivering and invoicing the service: performance of the contract.
• Keeping our accounts: legal obligation.
• Protecting the website and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we make no automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Who can access it

Only our team accesses your data. It may also be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email, request-tracking spreadsheet) and by our accountant, solely for the purposes described here.

Our hosting provider is based in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Union as providing an adequate level of protection. If a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Your data is never sold or rented.

How long we keep it

• Requests that did not lead to a project: 3 years after our last exchange.
• Guide downloads: 3 years at most, and until you unsubscribe for tips emails.
• Customers: for the whole relationship, then for the legal retention periods for accounting records (6 years in Spain).
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.

Your rights

At any time you can access your data, correct it, have it erased, object to its use, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, and withdraw your consent.

Write to us at contact@growthsystemexperts.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France.

Security

The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted and protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where possible.
