Your questions about automated quotes
Is the price really calculated automatically?
Yes, based on your own rules: rates, quantities, options, travel. For simple jobs, the quote is ready in minutes. For special cases, it is prepared and you complete it before sending.
Does the quote go out without me checking it?
It's your choice. Most tradespeople prefer to check and approve each quote before it is sent. For small fixed-price jobs, it can be sent instantly.
Can clients sign online?
Yes. The client receives a link, views the quote and signs it from their phone. An electronic document has the same value as a paper one, provided the author can be identified and the document is kept unaltered.
What about consumers' right of withdrawal?
It is built in. For a quote signed remotely or at a consumer's home, the 14-day withdrawal period and the form are included, and no payment is requested too early where the law forbids it.
Are the mandatory details included?
Yes: date, identity, breakdown of services, unit prices, totals, validity, payment terms and, where your trade or country requires it, insurance details. You stay in control of the rules specific to your trade.
Are unanswered quotes followed up?
Yes, on a polite schedule: a few days after sending, then before the quote expires. Follow-ups stop as soon as the quote is signed.
