The problem

Flying blind means deciding too late

The figures exist, but they are scattered. Pulling them together takes time, so it rarely gets done.

Scattered figures

Invoicing, bank, spreadsheet, calendar: each tool holds a piece.

Time lost

Copying, adding up, checking, every week or every month.

Nasty surprises

A drop in sales or an unpaid invoice spotted when it is already late.

Data entry errors

One figure copied wrongly, and the whole analysis is off.

Worked example

2 hours a week pulling your figures together soon adds up.

FAQ

Your questions about the automated dashboard

What is a dashboard for a small business?

It is a single page that brings together the figures you need to run your business: sales, outstanding invoices, cash flow, appointments. The aim is to see in one minute where you stand and what needs your attention.

Which KPIs should a small business track?

The most common: this month's revenue compared with last month, invoices awaiting payment, forecast cash balance, number of quotes sent and signed, upcoming appointments and main expenses. We keep 6 to 10, no more, chosen with you.

Does the dashboard really update itself?

Yes. It reads your data where it already lives: invoicing, spreadsheet, online shop, calendar. Updates happen automatically, at the planned frequency. You no longer have figures to copy out.

Do I need to change software?

No. We start from your current tools. We only suggest changing a tool if it is really holding you back, and we explain why first.

Is my data safe?

The dashboard uses read-only access whenever possible: it reads your figures without being able to change them. The data stays in your accounts, and you decide who can see the dashboard.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. The dashboard helps you run things day to day. Your accountant is still essential for annual accounts, tax and advice. The dashboard can even make their job easier.

How much does an automated dashboard cost?

From €390, paid once. The dashboard belongs to you. Maintenance remains optional.
