Terms of sale
The clear rules of working together: from the free quote to delivery, including payment and ownership of what we build for you.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services offered under the Growth System Experts brand: custom automations, ready-to-use kits, websites, online training, templates and maintenance.
They apply to business customers and to consumers. Rules specific to consumers are set out in section 12. Where the accepted quote differs from these terms, the quote prevails.
2. Review, quote and order
Reviewing your request and preparing the quote is free and without obligation. The quote describes the services, the price, the estimated timeline, the number of revision rounds included and what you need to provide.
Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm once you accept the quote in writing (email or message) and the deposit is received.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros. The quote states whether they exclude or include taxes, and the VAT that applies to your situation (for example the reverse charge for a business established in another EU country).
Prices shown as "from" on the website are indicative. The firm price is the one in the quote.
Third-party costs needed for the project (domain name, hosting, software subscriptions) are paid by you, unless the quote says otherwise.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the quote: a 50% deposit is paid when ordering, and the balance when you approve the delivery.
The Simple Website (1 page) and online training are paid in full when ordering.
For business customers, any late payment automatically incurs late-payment interest at the applicable statutory rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee. We may pause ongoing work until payment is received.
5. Timelines and cooperation
Timelines are stated in the quote. They start once the deposit and the required materials (copy, logo, access to your tools, information) are received.
You agree to provide accurate materials that you hold the rights to. Any delay in providing them postpones delivery accordingly.
Anything that commits your business (a payment, an important dispatch) stays subject to your approval in the automations we install.
6. Revisions and approval
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the quote. The Simple Website (1 page) includes one round of changes.
After delivery, you have 7 days to report any issue. Without feedback from you within that period, the delivery is deemed approved.
Requests outside the scope of the quote are covered by an additional quote.
7. Ownership
You pay once, it's yours. Once paid in full, you own everything we created specifically for you: code, files, copy and configurations.
We keep our know-how and the general methods we use from one project to the next.
Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms. They are opened in your name, on your accounts. The domain name is registered in your name.
We never cite your project as a reference without your written consent.
8. Warranty
For 30 days after delivery, we fix free of charge any malfunction caused by our work.
The warranty does not cover changes made by you or a third party, nor changes made by the providers of the tools used. These can be handled under maintenance or on quote.
9. Maintenance and monthly subscriptions
Maintenance and our subscriptions (website, visibility, reviews, managed automations, support) are options, never an obligation. What they include is described on the offer page and confirmed in writing before the first payment.
They are billed monthly, by secure automatic payment through our payment provider. Any setup fee is paid only once, at the start.
Each subscription has a minimum term: 3 months, or 6 months for a website created under an All-Inclusive Website subscription. After that, it continues month to month, with no fixed term, and you can stop it at any time with 30 days' notice, by email or WhatsApp.
Annual payment, when offered, covers 12 months. It is not refunded pro rata, except in case of a failure on our part.
The website, domain name, content and data remain yours, during and after the subscription. When it ends, we hand over your files, your access details and the domain transfer code. We never assign your contract to a finance company.
If your business has no more than 5 employees and signs the contract away from its premises for a service outside its main activity, it has a 14-day withdrawal period.
10. Online training
Access to training is personal and may not be shared. Videos, guides and templates remain our property: you receive a right to use them for your own business.
11. Liability
We use all reasonable means to deliver reliable solutions. Automation greatly reduces errors, but no technology removes them all: you keep control and approval of your decisions.
We are not liable for outages or changes in third-party services, nor for indirect damage. For business customers, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
We recommend that you keep your own backups.
12. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after ordering to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@growthsystemexperts.com.
If you ask us to start the service before this period ends, you pay for the part already completed. The right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully performed with your express consent, or once access to digital content (training, template, PDF guide) has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right.
Business customers do not have this right.
13. Confidentiality and data
We keep confidential the information we access for your project, and use it only for that project.
Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. When we process your own customers' data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, the courts of the company's registered office have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and you keep the mandatory protections of your country.
