A target client
A specific person, not "everyone".
Website design · 2026 edition
A coach sells trust before selling sessions. Visitors should understand within seconds who you work with, what result you help them aim for and how to book a first conversation. Here is the structure that works and the rules to follow.

In short
A coach's website should say clearly who it is for, what change you support, how the coaching works and how much it costs. Online booking for a first call cuts out unnecessary back and forth. Testimonials must be genuine and, in the EU, you must say whether they are checked. If you sell sessions online to consumers, provide terms of sale and the right of withdrawal.
A specific person, not "everyone".
Described in their own words, with no guaranteed promise.
Bookable online, with duration and format stated.
Genuine testimonials, background, method.
A short, clear website beats a long, vague one. Here is the order that helps visitors decide.
Showing a price filters enquiries and saves time. Here are the most common options.
| Option | Advantage | Drawback |
|---|---|---|
| Price per session | Clear, reassuring | Invites comparison by the hour |
| Price per programme | Highlights the goal | Needs a well-defined offer |
| "From" price | Gives a benchmark | Must stay honest |
| Price on request | Flexible for tailored work | More unqualified enquiries |
Worked example: a programme of 8 sessions at €90 comes to €720. If you are not VAT-registered, add the mention your country requires on your quotes and invoices. For consumers, show prices including VAT.
Even where coaching is not a regulated profession, your website is still subject to consumer law.
Name, legal status, registration details, contact details and any other information your country requires.
No fake reviews. If you publish client reviews, say whether and how they are checked.
No "guaranteed results" and no promised earnings. Describe the method and the commitment required.
Coaching does not replace medical care. Avoid any medical or therapeutic wording you are not authorised to use.
Online sale to a consumer: in principle 14 days in the EU. If the session starts earlier, the client must expressly request it.
In the EU, since 19 June 2026, consumers must be able to withdraw from a contract concluded online through a dedicated function on the website.
Choose the package that fits your business. The price is fixed in advance.
A one-page website, simple and professional, to be present online.
For a small business that wants a serious website, fast.
To reach customers in several languages.
For a website that works for you, day and night.
Everything you need to exist on Google, set up for you.
Options, for every offer
The website and the domain name are in your name. Simple Website: text and logo supplied by you, going live as an option. Indicative prices.
Less back and forth by message, more time for your sessions.
The client picks a free slot, with no messages needed.
A reminder the day before, to cut no-shows.
Every booking and every session in a spreadsheet.
For a quick question before booking.
It is not compulsory, but a website presents your method, prices and testimonials better than a simple profile. It also allows online booking.
A single page with online booking can cost under €100, and a website with several pages is often between €500 and €3,000. Add the annual domain and hosting costs.
It is not always compulsory, but it is recommended. A price or a "from" price filters enquiries and reassures people.
Yes, with their consent and without changing them. If you publish reviews, say whether and how they are checked.
For a consumer buying at a distance, yes, in principle 14 days in the EU. If the service starts before the period ends, the client must expressly request it.
Your name, or your name followed by your profession, short and easy to say. Avoid multiple hyphens and promises in the name.
